We make every effort to describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as possible. Due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and the natural characteristics of certain materials, colors and finishes may appear slightly different in person.
Product measurements, materials, sizing, and other important details are provided in each product description. Please review this information carefully before purchasing.
Our collection may include 10K and 14K solid gold, sterling silver, stainless steel, gold-plated jewelry, freshwater pearls, natural stones, shells, and other materials, depending on the individual item. Please refer to each product listing for the exact materials and specifications.
Natural materials such as pearls, stones, and shells may have slight variations in color, shape, texture, or pattern. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be changed or discontinued at any time and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Orders & Payments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
Mila Jewelry reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, unauthorized resale, incorrect pricing, inventory discrepancies, or other errors.
If an order is canceled by Mila Jewelry after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders of $40 or more.
Orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. Please allow the processing time stated on our Shipping & Returns page before your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of Mila Jewelry’s reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Mila Jewelry is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and tracking may be subject to the carrier’s procedures and policies.

Returns & Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, sizing, or fit.
Each Mila Jewelry order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, measurements, materials, and photos carefully before placing an order.
Personal preferences regarding the size, fit, length, weight, color, or style of an item do not qualify as a product defect. This includes, but is not limited to, ring sizing and fit, as well as the length or fit of earring posts and screw-back earrings.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every piece before shipment. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue and the original packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, whenever the item is available.
If the item is no longer available, we may offer an alternative replacement or a refund for the affected item.
Claims submitted after the 3-day period may not be eligible for replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.
Jewelry Care
Jewelry should be handled and stored with care. Care requirements may vary depending on the material.
Gold-plated jewelry may naturally experience changes in its finish over time depending on wear, exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, skincare products, cleaning products, and individual body chemistry.
Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, or gradual changes to a plated finish resulting from use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Please follow any care instructions included in the product description to help maintain your jewelry.
Product Safety
Our jewelry may contain small components and is not intended to be used as a toy.
